Returns Policy

How to Return

Laith & Day are happy to refund within 28 days for any unsuitable Products or Items, provided they are in resalable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Please contact hello@laithandday.com in order to arrange a return.

 

All our parcels contain a return form to use when you send items back. Fill in the return form using the code that best explains the reason for your return, and place this, together with the Product(s) you wish to return in the parcel.

 

Return postage fees shall be covered by Laith & Day only in the event of damage or default of the Product or Item. If a return is being made for any other reason then fees will apply. 

 

Refund

Your balance will be refunded within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned the Products.

 

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used. If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.
 

Should you not receive your refund within the above stated 14 days, please contact us at hello@laithandday.com.

 

Replacement

Laith & Day reserve the right to replace any defective, damaged or faulty item within a Product or the Product in full at our absolute discretion. Please contact us should you require a replacement at hello@latihandday.com

 

If replacement is agreed then you may be required to return the item or Product in full. We shall arrange return at our cost provided that the defect, damage or fault is due to our negligence. Once return has been received, a replacement shall be shipped accordingly at no further cost.

 

Festive Period

Laith & Day offer an extended return policy for the festive period. Orders placed between 1st November and 31st December, can be returned until 31st January.

 

Special Conditions

All items within the Product must be returned unused and in the condition received by you. 

Candles: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.

Consumables: must be returned in the original sealed packaging. 

Cosmetics: must be returned unused, in the same packaging and in original condition.

Clothing, towels and shoes: must be return in the same conditions as they were received, unworn and with labels attached.
